The school has grown with its community: from eight classes and eight educators to a larger learning environment serving Grades R–7.

Vision
Ngilosi Primary School will always strive to provide quality education for all learners regardless of religious beliefs, cultural backgrounds, race, sex, disabilities or creed, preparing learners to face new challenges, especially in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Mission
Recognising the need to respond to sociopolitical changes and meet the escalating demand for primary education, the school commits itself to goals and tasks that develop its activities for the maximum benefit of the communities it serves.

1982
Infrastructure expanded to 12 classrooms and one kitchen.
1988
Two more classrooms were added, bringing the total to 14.
2006
The school had grown to 22 classrooms as the number of educators and learners increased.
